Event: Our group has been offered to take a tour of the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant in Red Wing, MN.
When: Thursday, October 8th at ~9am
Location: 1717 Wakonade Dr, Welch, MN 55089
Pre-approval: Full name and citizenship status (requested by the plant and should be provided to Bridget Bosnick)
NOTE: Attendance is capped at 10 to 15 people. Because the plant will be in an outage during the tour, all participants must be escorted, which limits the group size. Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis, based on registration and interest shown.Lewandowski
Social Dinner: 5:30pm at Southern Social or The Tavern Grill - both located in Woodbury, MN. Location will depend on how many people RSVP for the social dinner.

Registration/Check-In: Registration will begin at 7:30am and the meeting will start at 8am
Food: Coffee and snacks will be offered in the morning, and lunch is TBD
Parking: Free parking in front of the building
NOTE: We will have both the Health Physics Society's President (Mike Lewandowski) and President-Elect (Mike Mahathy) in attendance - very exciting!
